Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website arconlabs.io (the "Site"), as well as the general terms under which Arcon Labs presents its service lines.
The Site has an informational and commercial purpose: it presents its custom software, automation by department and AI-within-business-processes services. The Site does not, by itself, constitute a binding contractual offer. Any actual provision of services by Arcon Labs is governed by a specific proposal or contract (Statement of Work) signed separately with the client.
Acceptance of the Terms
Accessing the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If the user does not agree with any of the points set out here, they must refrain from using the Site.
When a user hires the professional services of Arcon Labs, acceptance of the Terms is considered complementary to the specific contract signed for the corresponding project.
Permitted use of the site
The user undertakes to make lawful and appropriate use of the Site. In particular, the following is expressly prohibited:
- Carrying out activities that may damage, overload or impair the Site, its servers or the networks to which it is connected.
- Running automated techniques for mass extraction of content (scraping, unauthorized crawling, mirroring) without prior written authorization.
- Using the content of the Site to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
- Attempting to access restricted areas, circumvent security mechanisms or reverse engineer any component of the Site.
- Using the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications to Arcon Labs or to third parties.
Nature of the services
Arcon Labs provides professional services in software development, process automation and the design of artificial intelligence solutions. The description published on the Site is a commercial presentation and does not include specific conditions of price, timeline, scope or deliverables.
Each contracted project is governed by its own contractual document, which specifies:
- The functional and technical scope.
- The execution schedule and milestones.
- The total investment, the form of payment and the billing terms.
- The deliverables and the acceptance criteria.
- The conditions of subsequent support, if applicable.
Intellectual property
On the site
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Site, its design, texts, trademarks, graphics, source code, animations and other published content are owned by Arcon Labs or used under license. Their reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorization is prohibited.
On project deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in the specific contract, the deliverables generated during the execution of a contracted project are owned by the client upon completion and full payment of the project. This includes the source code, the technical documentation, the data schemas and the deployment configuration. Arcon Labs does not reserve any rights of subsequent exploitation over the client's deliverables, without prejudice to retaining for itself the generic components, internal libraries and prior know-how that it uses as working tools.
Use of artificial intelligence in service delivery
Arcon Labs' operating model is based on the orchestration of artificial intelligence agents supervised by senior humans. By hiring our services, the client acknowledges and accepts that part of the project's execution is carried out through automated systems and AI tools, and that such systems operate under human review before any delivery to production.
Arcon Labs is responsible for the quality of the final deliverables, regardless of the technical means used to build them.
Availability and capacity
Arcon Labs operates with a limited-capacity model and accepts a maximum of four (4) new projects per calendar month. Submitting a brief, holding a discovery call or requesting a quote does not guarantee acceptance of the project.
Arcon Labs reserves the right not to accept projects that, in its judgment, do not fit its technical capacity, its operating model or its ethical criteria, without this giving rise to any obligation to provide a detailed explanation or to pay any compensation.
Design guarantee
In contracted projects, once the technical design stage (stage 02 of the process) is completed, the client receives an architecture plan and a detailed scope document before construction begins.
This guarantee does not apply when the client has already approved the plan, has started construction or has requested changes that substantially alter the original scope.
Limitation of liability
The content of the Site is published for informational purposes and is provided "as is". Arcon Labs does not guarantee the total absence of typographical errors, service interruptions, viruses or other harmful components, without prejudice to the reasonable effort it applies to avoid them.
With respect to contracted professional services, Arcon Labs' liability is governed by the following rules, unless otherwise agreed in the specific contract:
- Arcon Labs is liable only for direct damages actually caused by demonstrable fault or negligence in the provision of the service.
- Liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or third-party claims is expressly excluded.
- The maximum total liability of Arcon Labs to the client, for any cause related to a project, is limited to the amount actually paid by the client to Arcon Labs for that project in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party links and services
The Site may include links to third-party platforms, including Google Calendar (for scheduling meetings) and WhatsApp (for direct communication). Use of those platforms is governed by the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers. Arcon Labs is not responsible for the availability, content or privacy practices of services operated by third parties.
Processing of personal data

Changes
Arcon Labs may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published at this URL, with its update date visible in the document header. Continued use of the Site after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
